Jacks and Poon !!!!

The Wilmington River has been blowing up with big Jacks on top. Concentrate your efforts on the top and bottom of the tide.. As I said before you want tarpon all you need to do is go to little tybee and don’t forget the creeks inside little tybee. I have seen the poon go full blitz style there.
