I decided to do a bit of scouting and whad ya know ? Â reds were tailing ! Â It was like walking the dog. Â I just walked along with these fish watching them stuff their fat faces. Â Never made a cast just walked along and observed.

We are now into my favorite time of the year to fish, tarpon Jacks and reds are in the game and hungry. Â The tarpon bite continues in the Beaufort Hilton Head area, Â Clear water and plenty of fish are making for a good season thus far !! Â Reds are tailing on the high tides and the shrimp are getting larger thus enticing the reds on the outgoing tides to go a little bonkers !
