September has been one hell of a month!!  Catching tarpon reds bull reds and some big trout.   The weather has been perfect  and the winds  have not been out of control.  This make me, my, customers, and the fish very happy.  I think Sept. has to be one of my Favorites months to fish,  Tarpon are still here bull reds are on the beach and you have so many spring tides for chasing tailers in the grass.  what else can a man ask for?

David B couldn't get enough in one day Day 2

I have been slack fishing and posting,  Hurricane Leslie was pumping just too much swell to think about fishing.  As you can see we are having a bit of fun in the grass chasing some tail.  I even had the chance to go out and do a little bit of fun fishing and found a nice group of fishing tailing nearby.  I was solo so I had to wade and let me just say you are at a major disadvantage wading for tailing reds.  I guess I have been spoiled fishing from the best shallow water fishing platform, “Hell’s Bay Prof”  Being in my boat allows you to cover so much more water and gives the angler and guide much more visibility,  another thing I found is it helps keep your back cast from catching grass.  I will never wade again unless absolutely necessary.  Another thing about my Hell’s Bay I have found is that with only one angler I’m in the grass before the fish anyway. The fish need more water than my boat.
