Memorial Day weekend was a tough one to say the least.  There were fish to be caught, though nothing came easy.  With winds in excess of 20 mph  and non stop boats running all over hell and high water provided us with nothing short of challenging conditions.  Allen and his son Adam were up for the challenge and we did manage some fish on the buggy whip on day one, day two it seemed like the fish had had enough of the boats and beer.  Nothing to be found.
All I can say is good bye February ! Â Thank god it’s March and soon to be April. Â Fish are getting a bit more happy as well with the temps on the rise so are the fish’s appetites. Â There are also things to be caught besides reds this time of year, Â Triple tail are moving in and the allies are as well. Â Hopefully I will have some shots up soon of both.
