Tyler and Grahm fished with me yesterday, and Tyler wanted to give it another go today. Â After yesterday’s smack down and Tyler catching a couple of fish over 10lbs one that was 13-15 lbs, I had my work cut out for me today. Â No worries, Tyler catches big fish. Â What we didn’t get in numbers today Tyler made up for in size. Â Catching another fish close to the 15 lbs range today confined me that Tyler only catches big fish.
We had to poke around a bit more yesterday, but when we finally found the fish, man did we find them. Â We had 3 doubles ! These fish were so ready to eat. Â At times one could look across the flat and just see these giant dark red blobs of red moving across the flats. Â I have been using Chris Webbers runaway shrimp but went to another fly of his, and they ate it up. Â I’ll find out the name of the fly and let ya know.
