I have been slack fishing and posting, Â Hurricane Leslie was pumping just too much swell to think about fishing. Â As you can see we are having a bit of fun in the grass chasing some tail. Â I even had the chance to go out and do a little bit of fun fishing and found a nice group of fishing tailing nearby. Â I was solo so I had to wade and let me just say you are at a major disadvantage wading for tailing reds. Â I guess I have been spoiled fishing from the best shallow water fishing platform, “Hell’s Bay Prof” Â Being in my boat allows you to cover so much more water and gives the angler and guide much more visibility, Â another thing I found is it helps keep your back cast from catching grass. Â I will never wade again unless absolutely necessary. Â Another thing about my Hell’s Bay I have found is that with only one angler I’m in the grass before the fish anyway. The fish need more water than my boat.
