This winter is turning out to be fintastic, the mild weather patterns have had the fish in full feed mode ! John Kennedy and his son had so much fun the other day they had to go out again, with the same results. fun fishing! Scott Dempsey and his buddy Carlton had some fun on the water as well chasing some critters in the shallows. This is not to say there are not some tough days, yesterday the wind was a blowin a good’n so it was time to tuck up in some creeks, we found some trout, but the bite was a bit slow. Hope fully we will continue on this global warming pattern, it sure makes the fishing more fun.

The fun continues !! The trout bite is still going strong, even though we have had some cold night and cool days. James and his wife Laura had a good time catching plenty of these guys using DOA’s under popping cork. Scott Dempsey and his son Mike hit the water with me and had a blast sight casting to tailing reds and belly crawling reds on the low water. One fish was classic! This slob around 12lbs came sliding down the bank with his back out of the water, Mike made a perfect cast on the spinning rod using a white jerk bait, and bam! It started a bit cool and windy and ended up being a perfect night. A bit of a cool run at sun down, but well worth it.
